Dusk was falling as we entered the Notre Dame cathedral in Paris, that just made flickering pools of light from the many votive candles stand out even more. Many fine words have been written about the stunning stained glass at Notre Dame, not something that you see at night, but lit by candles it is just magical. Happy Christmas!
