Polesden Lacey

Polesden Lacey is our nearest National Trust property.  It has a fine house but it is the estate in the beautiful Surrey Hills that brings us back time after time.  Every fourth Wednesday of the month I lead a walk around the estate.  Last time as we were striding out, the Polesden Lacey sheep decided to join us.  There were many gaps between the trees that they could have run down but they chose to keep on trotting along just ahead of us.  Mr CW suggests that maybe they were out for a RAMble.

We love Polesden Lacey you can read all about our Geocaching adventures by clicking here

Hi Catherine, that is funny! Sheep are strange creatures. I bet they were wondering why you were following them!

Maybe they were hoping for a cup of coffee at the end of the walk!

I adore National Trust properties both inside and around the grounds. This is a wonderful photo and I would just love to wander along the path too. Well as long as there wasn’t too many bed Dad jokes Mr CW!
