Cultured Kids #44

Cultured Kids #44 finds the Cultural Wednesday household on the brink. GCSEs start on May 13. Any culture we consume is related to the curriculum. We have an outing to see Henry IV part 1 at The Globe at the end of the month for my birthday, this was my set text and the first time that I have ever seen the play!

Norwich Cathedral Nave roof
The bosses on Norwich Cathedral Nave ceiling tell the story of Christ’s life, use one of the magnifying mirrors to take a closer look.

Our Easter holidays were devoted to text books. We did manage a quick whizz up to Norfolk for Easter Day itself to see my family. If you haven’t ventured East I encourage to you to visit Norwich with oozes culture from every brick and ignited my love of all things cultural. I spent the time productively updating my small house posts and writing a mega guide to Historic Houses in London which is my offering for Cultured Kids this time.

Megan and Scarlett’s favourites from the last Cultured Kids were a fantastic round up of Where to find the best Street Art in the world from Sima at The Curious Pixie. Bergamo is one of my favourite ‘undiscovered’ Italian towns, Francesca at What Next Mum? tells you all you need to know about What to do in Bergamo with kids.

Have you been up to anything cultural recently? Emma from Bavarian Sojourn and I are looked forward to reading all about your cultural adventures.
