London Zoo Christmas Lights

No London Zoo Christmas lights this year but the magic of Christmas is still sparkling at London Zoo…. well it was until Tier 4 put a stop to it. London Zoo is shut until Tier 4 restrictions are lifted.

London Zoo Festive Family Trail

Santa will be at London Zoo to find out what the animals want for Christmas but with so many animals to ask he needs some help.  You can help by following the special trail and finding out what each animal makes.  At the end there is a special post box to ensure that Santa gets all the information in time for Christmas.  You can download the trail before you go here  Don’t forget that Santa is in the Zoo so you might get to see the big man as he conducts his own research.

Christmas Carousel

Carousel London Zoo

Who doesn’t love a carousel?  A traditional roundabout complete with music and wooden horses can be found at the end of the trail.  Even better the Zoo cafe will be open selling festive hot chocolate and Christmas treats.

London Zoo and Covid

Light Tunnel London Zoo

London Zoo has social distancing measures in place and lots of hand sanitizer.  Even better London Zoo is mostly outdoors, so wrap up warm and enjoy.

What kind of Christmas expeditions do you have planned? One of my favourite things to do is seeing London’s Christmas Lights

I was invited to a press preview of the London Zoo Christmas Lights, all opinions and a hankering for a pat of flamingos at home are my own.
